As a means of coping with her likely permanent life on the island, Chloe has sought out the council of Thanatos, and requested permission from Atia to worship him. This is done with the assumption that she will worship her as well conjointly.
As a result of Atia's agreement to this, Chloe now worships the god of death, but is on a one week collar timer (instead of two). This means she is giving Atia more sex, as the goddess requests, and is more dependent upon others (something that apparently the goddess finds amusing).
