[more minutes later... had to finish descending the stairs, then finding dad, then freaking out at dad, then getting in trouble, then...]
orz I really wish I'd seen this five minutes ago Dad's tiny too, I don't even know how he got up on the counter or made coffee and you're right he doesn't think anything's wrong. he said I have to go to school or I'll be grounded :( ughhhhhhh I can't believe this! how am I even going to get there? there's no way I can make it to the bus stop in time with legs this short this sucks
That it does, but we're going to have to figure something out. I still have some time, thanks to you waking me up early. What do you say that we meet up for a jog? Better to be at school a little sweaty than not at all and grounded, yes?
And for future reference, your parents will likely never know that anything is wrong, just so you know. It gets really uncomfortable, even from long distances.
is that going to work...? it sounds like it would take at least one of us seriously out of our way
well they believed me about somebody taking pictures of me the other day, so I was hoping... man that is really not a good feeling it's like being Cassandra and everybody ignoring your prophecies
Like I said, you woke me up early. I have an extra hour, and can claim that traffic got in the way. I'd rather not have a young woman traveling alone right now.
And yes, Cassandra has been mentioned before, though at least some of us know you aren't lying, right?
yeah I guess that's true if you want we could meet at the park by the bus stop at [some intersection here]? I'm not really comfortable giving out my address to someone I just met on the internet, naturally, so...
I think that I prefer that, actually. This way neither of us knows the other's address. You barely know me, so we can't just assume we're friends, but at the same time there's only about a hundred and fifty of us or so, going through all of this. We do need to watch out for each other.
Either way, I will see you at the park soon. Look for purple hair.
